Twin Mixer

Twin mixer is a specialized mixer, it has two whips compare to one on regular food mixer. The advantage of having two whips is faster and more even mixing. One common use case of twin mixer is to makes egg white foam; twin mixer can make egg white foam much faster than regular food mixer. The bottom of the bowl is cured in the way that it matches the movement of the twin whips so all ingredients can be mixed evenly.
